Join the Mission – Become a Volunteer at Community Creatives

Thank you for your curiosity in becoming a volunteer! We are so thankful for what God has already done at Community Creatives, but we know His vision does not stop here. There are still so many more children to reach and teach, but right now, we are at max capacity, with a waiting list of kids who are ready to learn. The students are many, but the teachers are few!

That’s why we’re not just looking for music mentors—we’re building a team of mentors who will connect, encourage, and guide our students both musically and spiritually.

We need Connection Leaders—faith-filled individuals who can:

  • Welcome and check in students each week

  • Build relationships through games and conversation

  • Memorize scripture alongside them

  • Pray with them and speak life into their hearts

We also need Music Mentors—musicians with a heart to serve, even if you’ve never taught before. Don’t worry, we’ve developed a simple, effective teaching method and structured lessons to help you succeed. We train regular musicians to confidently teach kids in a way that’s both easy to follow and deeply impactful.

Whether you're a musician or a connection leader, there's a place for you here. If you're ready to get involved, click the link below to sign up. And if you’re not able to volunteer but want to help, share this page with your friends and family - your voice can open the door for someone else to make a difference.

A Few Ways To Know If Becoming
A Music Mentor Is Right For You

I don't want to complain about the shortcomings of the next generation. I'd rather be a part of the solution.

I love music and the arts and want to share the gift God has given me with the next generation.

I have a desire to be a person of safety for students.

I believe that every kid is a gift and has the potential to thrive.

My life has been changed by Jesus, and I want to champion kids that He so loves.
